Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned (5 rooms and a hallway) by Clean Master Carpet Cleaner and they look terrific, even the rooms that had major pet stains. Seriously, the carpet looks like new! Our technician was Jared who was one of the most professional and thorough tradesman I have come across in years. It really makes a difference when your technician is passionate about what he does and is absolutely committed to doing the very best by his customers. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he was able to complete our entire house. We would use this service again and will highly recommend it to others.

We have used this company for carpet cleaning twice now and have been pleased with the service both times. We have specifically requested them to treat pet stains on our carpet and they did a great job. After the first service, they even came back a second time to treat a few stubborn spots that were still visible at no charge.
Jared was our technician this time and he was great. Wonderful customer service, thorough job, and was in and out quickly. He was even accommodating to some last-minute scheduling issues I ran into on my end. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Wanted to give Clean Master a shout out for everything they did today! Mark basically came in and gave us a lesson on dog pee that I never knew I needed- ha! He gave us so many tips (how to treat wool vs acrylic, dog stain vs toddler messy stains, etc etc), and since his family is involved with an animal shelter, we got some dog training tips too 🙂 it’s really refreshing to have this level of service and courtesy. Thank you Mark for making our home clean and nice for our baby coming in 2 days!!

The process was easy and quick making the appointment. Communication was great. Received a call 30 minutes before appointment. Colton serviced us and was professional & knowledgeable. Process took about 1 hour and my carpets look so clean. I heard about them word of mouth and would recommend them to anyone.
